Weeding, cultivating, or plowing BOTH sides of a row of crops at the same time is called "straddling" and it literally cuts your work in half.
● Straddle cultivating with the teeth loosens the soil on both sides at once.

Bought the high arch wheel hole mainly for hilling my potatoes & corn, got to use it on my potatoes & very satisfied with it . My corn took a hit from the wind last year so hoping that hilling it when it's ready will help to keep it from blowing over with the storms. Used the cultivators between rows & very happy with results. It's good exercise & just pace myself as I am a little older. Overall very pleased with the order process as the gentleman was very helpful & was shipped as told !

I bought my husband a wheel hoe as a gift, he has two large vegetable gardens and was really excited to get the wheel hoe for tilling and turning in compost. The product itself was a great price when compared to other options and it was shipped out quickly. They were good with communication when they had a question about the address provided.
I bought about $1,400 worth of tools in my initial order. I misunderstood what came in the high two wheel hoe package and accidentally double ordered some accessories. Is the High Arch better than the original Hoss Wheel Hoe?
Well, it is definitely different. I think it depends on your needs, and you gardening style.
If you are not interested in straddle weeding and straddle plowing, then it is best to stick with original Hoss Wheel Hoe
