Warranty and Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with the construction or function of your tool, please contact us to discuss a return, repair, replacement, or refund.

 

Warranty

These warranty details cover tools that arrive defective or become damaged in normal use.

Each type of tool carries a different warranty that is listed below. Detailed warranty information is shipped with the individual products.

Hoss Wheel Hoe and Seeder:

  • 1 year Warranty for defective items or damage from normal use.

Broadforks:

  • Lifetime Warranty for defective items or damage from normal use.

All Other Tools:

  • 60 day Warranty for defective items or damage from normal use.

If you just change your mind and wish to Return an un-used item:

  • Contact us for assistance. See full details in the Refund section below.
  • You will be responsible for return shipping costs and a restocking fee.

For tools used OUTSIDE the US contiguous 48 states:
Due to the complexity and high costs of shipping items outside the contiguous 48 states (such as Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, Canada, UK, Europe, Australia, etc) we do not offer any guarantee or warranty in these regions. Sales of all tools used in these regions are final and as-is.   Click here for international shipping details.

 

Returns and Refunds

Our policy is valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of the purchase. If you receive your order and are not satisfied, you can return the product for a refund. If the period of 30 days has lapsed since the purchase, we can't, unfortunately, offer you a refund.

Return requirements

The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:

  • Product must be in original packaging
  • Product must be unused, or you must have permission from us

In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.

Returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Return process

In order to return an order, you must contact us first and obtain and include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns will not be accepted without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization.

Contact us for the return address for your specific product. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs with regard to the items that you wish to return. We will not refund the shipping costs.

You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect and re-sell it, then we may reject a refund.

Sale and clearance items

Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately clearance items cannot be returned.
