Accepted Methods of Payment
We accept most major credit cards through our secure payment processor, Paypal.
NEW! You no longer need to be or become a Paypal member to pay by credit card
through Paypal. Now everybody can use the web's safest credit card payment
system.
We also accept money orders and personal checks by mail, with a 3-day hold for
the check to clear.
At this time we only sell products in the US and Canada. We will consider other
requests on a case-by-case basis; please contact us with your request.
Shipping
We ship via UPS Ground from our location in Missouri. Your exact shipping cost is
displayed when you enter your address during Checkout. Shipping time varies by
your location. Most customers should expect a 5 business day or less delivery
time. Canada, Alaska, and Hawaii shipments will take slightly longer for delivery.
Items Damaged in Shipping
Please do not be alarmed if the shipping carton is damaged. This sometimes
happens, but the tool inside is rarely damaged. Before refusing shipment, please
inspect the tool and you will usually find it is in fine condition. If the tool is
damaged, please email us and we will arrange for pick up and replacement.
